Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500.00 for this position.  Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview.  (Applies to full-time direct new hires only)Norco is seeking an individual to fill our Respiratory Therapist/Clinician position. The Respiratory Therapist/Clinician is responsible for evaluating, ordering, and setting up all Category II and III equipment, including rehabilitation services, as directed. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs of clientsPerform evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitalsProvide sales support and product demonstration to the healthcare communityMonitor Quality Improvement ProgramTroubleshooting equipment related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours and when needed after regular business hours, weekends, and holidaysMarket Norco services to referral sourcesPerform other tasks as assigned or necessaryPay range $25-$35/hr.
