RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Scrum Master.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Scrum Master develops vision, strategy and deliverables of the large international program
Ensures program is aligned with business strategies and budgets
Owns the business case for the Program, establishes and maintains cross functional and regional coordination
Maintains ultimate responsibility regarding program objectives operating within financial and resource constraints; Manages project dependencies within the program and builds the program team
The Scrum Master ensures vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications are well managed
Ensures proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the program; Helps develop project objectives and project scope
Act as an escalation point for project issues that impact projects' cost, schedule and/or performance
As a Scrum Master, this role chairs program steering committee meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
10 years of professional experience
7 years of project/program management experience
Experience delivering global or multiple regional projects
Experience with formal project management methodology
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
