WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis individual will partner across Materials and Product Supply Chain, Footwear and Apparel Creation (Materials / Product Development, Product Engineering and Labs) as well as Nike’s external manufacturing partners.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Senior Product Integrity candidate who will be responsible for the development, maintenance and review of Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories material and product standards to ensure the performance, systems, and process adhere to set standards and requirements. The candidate will determine potential problems, and resolving quality assurance issues, establishing testing protocols, dynamic risk management implimentations, and drive quality initiatives to meet the organizational objectives. Maintain and develop infrastructure for accessing requirements, investigating and communicating new and revised standards. Align and drive quality project initiatives, set roadmap targets and timelines alongside subject matter experts for revision and addition of material and or product standards. Publish, train, and promote the use of standards through various communication and training programs both internally and with Nike manufacturing partners. Develop and deliver clear, strategically aligned and departmental communications to key stakeholders. Ensure alignment of quality expectations across functional areas of product creation, sourcing and manufacturing. Responsibilities include management of material and product standards and quality related tools, end-use application, and best-practice procedures to ensure end-to-end consistency of product execution. The candidate must have proven textile manufacturing and material development knowledge with strong competencies in end-to-end product creation.You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

3+ years of Product or Quality Management experience.

Strong technical knowledge of fibers and filaments, fabric and yarn constructions, fabric dyeing and finishing, print techniques and materials testing/inspection procedure.

Organizational skills and ability to multi task with proactively troubleshoot and problem solve.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, attention to details, organizational skills, analytical skills, and research/investigative abilities.

Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Appreciation of other disciplines such as product engineering, technical development, design, product development, etc.

Knowledge and experience in global partner relationships

Knowledge of apparel/footwear and material options along with apparel/footwear and textile manufacturing processes.

Strong sense of ownership, ability to work with different stakeholders (team player).

Experience working on/with cross-functional teams and vendors and providing project management support

Experience with data entry, data management and investigating in an information management system or sophisticated database

Solid attention to detail and process orientation

Problem structuring and problem-solving skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work within an expansive corporate network and diverse manufacturing environments.

Comprehend results of lab tests and their impact on quality and performance.

Ensure all adopted fabrications meet Nike’s performance goals, testing requirements and quality standards.

Product and Material performance standards management and End-Use application.

Communicate clearly and professionally on a technical level with internal and external business partners.

Identify and proactively engage business partners when issues arise with recommendations for viable solutions

Mentor cross functional team members with quality technical expertise.

Standards communication and documentation.

Continuous process improvement. Lead projects that impact the materials and product quality across development and manufacturing.

Assessments to determine quality process gaps and capability improvement opportunities.

Cross-functional collaboration to manage standards across dimensions and manufacturing partners.

Promote culture of quality and performance improvements across Nike and external partners.

Establish clearly defined quality standards metrics (KPIs) and measurements for data analysis, scoring, and reporting; performance against material specifications and color standards.

Plan and manage projects and resources to achieve material quality with efficiency and cost results aligned to optimize benefits for Nike’s business.
