RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager.

Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager of Planning Shared Services Platform, Technical Product Management, this role will be key part of digital transformation of the demand planning technology for the client's Direct and Wholesale accounts, focused on user journeys and experiences and applications that will bring the planning platforms to life for our users. This role will entail contributing to strategy, vision and shaping the product roadmap in the above area by using your industry knowledge, technical acumen and ability to influence while working with several Cross Functional Global and Geo stakeholders (Business, Product, Engineering, UX and Architecture). The Senior Technical Product Manager will apply product management and design thinking to deliver and evolve technology products that drive measurable value and delight users. The key deliverables will include building and executing on the product vision and roadmap to deliver on our goals for cost, service, convenience, innovation and sustainability.

The Senior Technical Product Manager will focus on driving excellence in product and platform strategy and execution. They will work in close collaboration with various teams within Global Technology (e.g., Digital Technology Program Office, Engineering leaders) and key Functional Teams across the business (e.g., Business Product Management, Consumer Planning, MPU planning). The Senior Technical Product Manager will manage end-end product lifecycle, own a product or platform of medium to high complexity and scale and delivery of relevant features, and propose enhancements and be accountable for execution, measurement of outcomes, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in product management and the following:
Proven track record of successfully bringing planning soliutions to market
Strong Analytical and Data Visualization skills
Great business acumen and communication skills
Strong knowledge in Supply Chain master and transaction data
Strong knowledge in Master data management
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills
Strong project planning and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Validated ability to adapt to new technologies and tools, changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
Strong understanding of Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership
Strong understanding of Value-Driven Frameworks
Mentors and develops more junior product management talent
Works with a significant degree of autonomy, seeking support and guidance only on an exception basis

Skilled in product management, leveraging analytics, a structured and data-driven thinker, and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology will be critical
Comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics
Skilled communicator with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders to execute on a common mission
Experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology
Product Management experience conducting strategic quantitative and or qualitative analysis in a cross-functional enterprise environment in the tech industry to support and improve business operations involving program, process, or product management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
