RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a TM Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Transition Management: Use TM principles and methodology across small/medium initiatives Training and Awareness Building: Develop training materials to support Change and Transition and act as content provider for training materials related to transition management
Communication: Develop the TM communication materials for specific initiatives, Compose and distribute timely communication; Align on best practices with other Transition Managers and stay abreast of external best practices through active participation in Global TM network, forums, etc.; Act as an internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for small/medium change initiatives
Assist in implementation of a TM plan for the Operations support team (Service Desk, deskside and performance bars) in creating awareness and adoption for our technology support options
Develop plan to improve onboarding/offboarding experience for employees and support teams
Draft adoption plan based on stakeholder input to help employees receive seamless help with technology issues
Assist developing tech training club sessions to help employees up-level their tech skills
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of specific experience working with Change & Transition Management theory and methodologies in regional and country project delivery
This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment
Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
