RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Transition Manager.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Transition Manager will independently and proactively drive projects meant to build and deploy transition management capabilities to key stakeholders
Build concise PowerPoint decks to communicate problem statements and proposed solutions
Track stakeholder requirements and requests for transition management capabilities, and build and drive a plan to deliver those capabilities and requests
Work with stakeholders across matrix (business + tech) to understand transition management needs
The Transition Manager will build and deliver communications and engagement plans
REQUIREMENTS:
Change Management Methodology certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferred
Experience delivering change management on large, cross-functional programs required
Experience leading communications and engagement activities preferred
Familiarity with agile ways of working, and experience delivering change management on agile programs preferred
Ability to work on a variety of projects, act as primary point of contact for transformation efforts, and independently prioritize and escalate issues when necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening, influencing and perception skills
Must have flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
Experience with project management and portfolio reporting is preferred, but is not a substitute for change management experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
