CPA office is seeking experienced bookkeeper.
This position requires the following experience:
- Posting accounting information to a general ledger, reconciling bank statements
- Adjusting balances monthly/quarterly
- Preferably, ability to develop a trial balance ready for tax return preparation at year-end.
- Setting up and working with accounting software (Primarily Accounting C, knowledge of Quick Books (and Sage is necessary).
- Working with Write-Up and Trial Balance software is a plus. .
We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, and enjoys working with people. We are a small CPA office, we are a fast-paced, but enjoyable working environment. Willingness to learn will be essential.
