The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial activities and fiscal reporting for the organization in conjunction with the Executive Director. SFF Presents is a nonprofit organization with a 28-year history that produces the Sisters Folk Festival, Big Ponderoo, year-round concerts and educational programs for youth and adults. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Payroll, personnel record administration and human resource administration
Sponsor administration
Donor tracking through donor management software
Festival and event financial support
Monthly financial reporting, budgeting and financial forecasting
Primary interface with external CPA for annual tax preparation and audit/review
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in Accounting or related experience
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Programs
Commitment to the mission of SFF Presents (www.sffpresents.org)
Willingness to work on a team
