Reynolds Electric is looking to add a Project Manager that enjoys working in a collaborative team environment that is fast paced and evolving every day. Our Project Managers work closely with our Estimators, Foremen, Project Coordinators and field staff every day.

Responsibilities and Job Duties:
The Project Manager, plans, budgets, oversees and documents all aspects of the specific projects they are working on. Project Managers work closely with the Estimating team and Senior Management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget. The Project manager will work as the main point of contact with clients and designers in order to define project requirements, budgets and schedules to successfully execute projects.
Duties:
Collaboration on estimates
Overall budget management
Manpower management
Job Billing
Liaison for Owner, Contractor, and Architect on each project
Purchasing approval
Material Procurement
Administration and estimation of change orders
Project schedule review and approval
General Contractor job schedule management
Subcontract review and administration
RFI management
Modeling Coordination (BIM) management
Approval of all daily time on jobs
Job Requirements
Associates and or Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required
3+ years of electrical construction project management work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and self-starter
Sage 300 CRE - preferred but not required
Timber Scan - preferred but not required
Compensation package, $65,000 - $80,000/yr which includes:
