The primary function of this position is to provide quality service to clients. The Account Manager will be the day-to-day liaison between insurance company, agent, and their clients. Daily servicing of clients will include addressing coverage issues and handling all the inside service work associated with client accounts.
Suggested Position Requirements:
Holds a current P&C license
In depth understanding of commercial insurance coverages and the ability to communicate this clearly to clients and underwriters
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and self-manage workloads
Works well in a team environment, has a positive attitude, and is willingness to help others.
