We're committed to protecting homes and business with reliable, safe, and effective pest control solutions. We're a small but growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Pest Control Technicians and Sales Representatives.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CPA that is interesting in growing the company The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pesticide management. This is a part time position with room to grow into a full-time position.
Duties
Apply pesticides to homes and commercial businesses according to established safety protocols and regulations per the Dept of Agriculture.
Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pests and recommend appropriate pest control services.
Identify and seal entry points to prevent future infestations.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their pest control needs and prevention methods.
Assist in sales efforts by promoting services to potential customers during visits.
Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated per the Dept of Agriculture requirements and documentation.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Physical stamina for bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
Must hold a Commercial Pesticide Applicators license.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and referrals.
Experience
Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude is a must.
Familiarity with pest control methods and regulations is advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A valid driver's license is required.
Previous Sales experience is a plus, contributing to the growth of our service offerings.
Ability to learn and understand pest control services.
