Postal Connections is seeking a Customer Service Clerk who can assist our valued customers and provide first-class customer service. To truly be successful in this position, the individual must be extremely detailed oriented, deliver excellent customer service, is friendly and outgoing, and able to multi-task. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs.
Duties:
Receive drop-off parcels from customers.
Pack and ship parcels.
Operate copiers
Sort mail daily for customer's mail boxes.
Etc.
Desired Qualifications include:
Proficiency in using computers and office equipment
Energetic, confident and self-motivated individual, who effectively communicates,
prioritizes and works independently on a variety of projects
Experience in FedEx, UPS or USPS is a plus
