Currently seeking qualified customer service representative.
Applicant must
Demonstrate commitment to providing superior service to Radian’s customers by adding value to their consumer experience. Demonstrate extensive knowledge about Radian products and other firearms products. Handle customer emails, phone calls, and RMA requests.
Duties
Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
Professionally handle sales via phone calls and web store.
Knowledge of the entire Radian product line.
Process Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) requests.
Be familiar with and adhere to all company safety policies.
Show willingness to cross train in other disciplines at the company.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Ability to pass background check
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suits.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Management tools is preferred
Experience in social media platform management and digital marketing required
Must be creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Valid Driver's license with no restrictions or DUI violations within 1 year
Must have reliable transportation to and from place of employment
Must develop an in depth understanding of Radian products and other like products throughout the firearms industry
Must have uncompromising dedication to superior customer service
Salary and Benefits
$18 to $22 an hour based on experience.
