The Athletic Club of Bend is seeking qualified applicants for a Youth Programs Coordinator. The ideal applicant will have the following job experience and skills:
Experience working with children, ages 6 months to teens
Management experience: hiring, supervising and scheduling staff
Desire to lead, mentor and train youth staff
Desire to work in program directly with youth
Ability to plan and implement new youth programming
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Office skills and computer proficiency
Background in a childcare or youth enrichment setting
Education or experience in youth recreation programs
Child & Infant CPR/First Aid Certification required
The Youth Programs Coordinator will oversee our Kids Club program (ages 6 months - 5 years old), our Youth in Action program (age 6-13) and our Youth Camp programs (ages 6-10) throughout the year.
The position will be part time, with the potential for more hours. Monday to Friday daytime availability required, with occasional weekend and evening shifts.
