1 year minimum of professional experience (PLS required)

Responsibilities
Managing surveying and mapping projects and scheduling
Responsible for delivering high-quality survey projects on time and within budget, focusing on exceptional client service
Duties involve business development, managing project budgets and schedules, overseeing survey teams for various surveying services including control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys
The role utilizes cutting-edge technology such as GPS, and Robotic Total Stations
Ensure timely, budget-friendly, top-quality project execution
Coordinates day-to-day operations and field survey activities
Office work will involve review and produce record surveys, ALTA surveys, and Topographic survey
Deed research, title report reviews and writing easements and legal descriptions
Computations and calculations for staking and layout
Contribute to the development of LS capabilities by evaluating departmental equipment needs, coordinating maintenance and repairs, integrating innovative Survey, Mapping and Geomatics technologies
Supervises team throughout the planning, coordination, and execution of surveying projects to ensure accurate and reliable measurements of land and property boundaries
Ensures documents and records pertaining to statutes and jurisdictional requirements are followed
Engage in business development with new and existing clients, crafting proposals, managing budgets, and schedules
