The Lab Technician will support the Scientists.
Some knowledge or experience in a lab setting is helpful (following safety precautions, safely handling chemicals, etc.)0-2 Years Experience
Candidates should be self motivated.
Not a desk job, will be up and moving around throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Will work a set 8 hour schedule M-F between the hours of 6am-6pm.
No weekend work
Help manage laboratory spaces by maintaining waste, glassware, supplies, and equipment.
Performs checks and calibrations using conventional and computerized machines and work aids.Performs laboratory work and tests according to prescribed standards.Uses good documentation practices. Assists scientists in workflows as needed.Sets up, readjusts, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
