Bagel Baker and Driver
Big-O-Bagels is hiring for a full-time bagel baker and delivery driver. We are a growing business in need of a reliable team member for one of the most important positions in our company.
This is a 4-day a week position with a 9-10 hour shift time. You will always have a 3-days off. Work days are Thursday – Sunday.
Duties: Preparing and baking bagels, delivering bagels to our stores in Bend and Redmond, and preparing for the following day’s bake. Baking or food service experience preferred
Hours: This position has a relatively flexible start time that is based on the baker’s individual preference. How shift times work will be discussed in more detail during the interview.
Starting Wage: $18/hour plus tip share. (20+ effective). All unused sick time paid annually up to 40 hours.
Bonus: $1,000 bonus per year. We will celebrate your 1 year anniversary with $1,000 and every year after that in increasing amounts.
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license, clean driving record,
-Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one
-Lifting and moving 50 pounds on a regular basis
-Ability to be self-directed and work in a fast-paced environment
