The Astro Lounge is looking for a full time bar manager and weekend bartenders.
Our wonderful manager is moving to be with family and this opens a great position for someone with this type of skill set.
This position is late night and high volume.
Three bar tending shifts and one admin ordering day. Some fill in shifts but it is rare because we have a great staff.
Job responsibilities:
-Scheduling of staff and entertainment.
-Ordering.
-Overall day to day operations of the business with a lot of help from the owner.
-Customer liaison.
-Creation of craft cocktails and knowledge of beer and liquors are very helpful.
-Lottery knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
-Work with vendors to promote products.
-Knowledge of Toast POS is very helpful.
-Communication with the owner on the day to day operations.
This is a great job for someone that is a strong late night bartender that wants to excel in that environment.
This position is open immediately so the leaving manager can train you.
