Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team and take part in delivering exceptional dishes that celebrate the essence of Spanish gastronomy. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals and experience a true deep dive into the techniques, traditions, and creativity behind our menu.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook dishes according to Bar RBC’s Spanish-inspired recipes.
Learn and rotate through various stations in the kitchen.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Assist with menu development and daily specials.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook.
A passion for Spanish cuisine (or a desire to learn).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
A willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen.
