Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience as a Hotel General Manager of Assistant General Manager.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate consistent long-term employment history
Extensive experience with Hotel Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, and Accounting – must be able to read and understand the financial statement
Comfortable delegating and holding team members accountable. Also has a proven track record of developing managers
Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks and take initiative
Strong attention to detail including Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Must be able to drive profitability by being creative and resourceful
Experience in independent hotels strongly preferred
Our General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who has a strong vision for the hotel. He or she is responsible for all aspects of operations for the property, providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front-line associates. He or she will ensure that financial performance is optimized and that high quality product and service levels are maintained and that the hotel is operated in compliance with state, federal and local regulations.
