Seeking dependable, part-time cleaners to join our team at a Bend-based vacation rental business. Primary duties involve preparing rental units for guest arrivals, including bed-making, laundering linens, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens using standard cleaning products (windex, bleach, etc.), dusting, furniture cleaning, vacuuming, and floor mopping. Applicants should enjoy cleaning, have a positive attitude, be reliable and trustworthy, possess excellent communication skills (including the ability to receive feedback), and demonstrate care to ensure guest satisfaction.
Physical capability, personal transportation, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends are mandatory. Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals who exhibit enthusiasm and the right mindset, with opportunities for additional responsibilities.
