Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is seeking a Custodial/Maintenance person to work five days/week, approximately 25 hours per week. This job is for someone who can work mostly independently after training, but willing to work together on some projects.
Duties include:
- Keep the building and property in clean and orderly condition
- Follow the daily custodial checklist to complete tasks such as sweeping and mopping the dining rooms, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming the carpeted stairs and the floor mats, etc.
- Routine maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, cleaning up garbage on the sidewalks around our building, emptying the trash cans on the patio, etc.
- Follow the maintenance schedule/calendar to complete tasks that need to be done regularly but not every day, such as cleaning out the ice machine once a month, changing filters in the vents every 3 months, etc.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
- Attention to details
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to climb ladders to dust light fixtures
- Self-motivated to work efficiently without supervision once training is complete
- Handy skills for fixing things is a plus
Pay starts at $20 an hour.
