Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for cleaning dishes brought from the dinning room and kitchen and doing general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. This includes: removing food from dishes, pre-rinsing, loading, unloading, and putting dishes away in proper areas. Other tasks will include: sweeping and mopping floors, monitoring detergent and cleaning supplies, and following health and safety guidelines.
