Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for cleaning dishes brought from the dinning room and kitchen and doing general cleaning tasks and some prep as assigned by the restaurant manager. This includes: removing food from dishes, pre-rinsing, loading, unloading, and putting dishes away in proper areas. Other tasks will include: sweeping and mopping floors, monitoring detergent and cleaning supplies, and following health and safety guidelines.
