Kanpai has an opening in our kitchen for a PM line cook. We are Bend’s longest running sushi bar and we are looking for a kind, positive, reliable, experienced chef with a great attitude to join the team. This position requires previous professional cooking experience. Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a huge plus. Our chef's have the freedom and opportunity to create nightly specials w/ a focus on our Omakase experience. Compensation is competitive DOE, plus nightly tips.
shifts are Tuesday-Saturday 3pm -10:30pm ish.
