All Star Labor & Staffing is currently seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee catering events, create and plan food truck inspired menus, must be well organized at planning events, ordering food and supplies, manage event staff, work closely with the Director of events. "Culinary" - "Catering" - "Food & Beverage Manager" - "Hospitality" backgrounds are strongly desired!
Must know State and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing food and beverages handling in public facilities, secures food truck agreements, enhance current menus, secures agreements with food trucks, tracks payments and revenue reporting. Training is available for this multi-faceted opportunity.

You’ll be required to:
Adhere to company policies / Leadership skills
Serv-Safe and OLCC Certifications Required.
Work with Vendor / Customer Relations / Training
Complies operational statistic, assists with regulatory program reporting
Supervises the production of high-quality food, and standardized portion control
Work within scope of authority / oversees kitchen staff
- Pay rate: $21-$23/hour DOE (starting wage)
- Must have Driver's License
- Evaluation to Hire
- Full time opportunity
- Shift: Wednesday - Sunday - Depending on event schedule
- 30 hours weekly and 40+ hours during events
- Schedule is flexible
- Paid Weekly

- Bachelor's Degree preferred - Hospitality Management
OR 3 years related commercial food and beverage and/or catering knowledge preferred.
