Front Desk Duties:
-Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
-Manage online and phone reservations
-Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
-Register guests collecting necessary information
-Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
-Provide information about our hotel, availability, room types, rates, and amenities
-Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
-Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
-Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
-Reliable Transportation
-Work experience as a hotel front desk agent, Receptionist, or similar role
-Experience with hotel reservations software, like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS
-Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
-Customer service attitude
-Excellent communication and organizational skills

Night Audit Duties:
-The hours will be from 11pm-7am.
-Delivers prompt and courteous service to guests, managing and resolving all guest requests and/or concerns.
-Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
-Checking guests in/out.
-Ensuring all guests and the hotel is safe at all times during the night
-Walking the property throughout the night, taking action of anything that needs addressed
-Perform all Night Audit reports, checking to make sure all of the days transactions are correct and settled
Requirements:
-Reliable Transportation
-Must have the ability to stay awake in the late hours of the night
-Must be able to work with little supervision
-Flexible schedule (shifts will include days/nights/weekends/holidays)
-Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality industry preferred
-Experience using hotel booking software a plus
-Personable and outgoing when dealing with guests
-Professional phone demeanor
