Our nighttime Moroccan venue, Papillon, will open in February! Full- and part-time positions are opening up as a result. Part-time will be evenings (Thurs-Sat from 4:30-10:00pm), full-time will work our double shift rotations, with four days on and three off. Bartending and/or barista experience is a plus.
At a minimum, you must be available and willing to work during our open hours. Weekend availability is also necessary for this role. We are currently open to the public (winter hours) Th-F from 10am-2:30pm, Sat-Sun from 9am-2:30, and Thurs-Sat from 5-9pm.

We are a full-service restaurant based on a European bistro model – including takeaway and sit-down service, with a focus on globally-inspired dishes and desserts. Providing quality food with locally-sourced ingredients is the heart of our business.
Our perfect candidate:
- Is a positive, strong team player
- Is 21+ with an OLCC servers card as well as an OR Food Handlers card
- Is available and able to work on nights and weekends
- Has a barista or craft bartending background
- Has a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Has great multi-tasking skills - is fast paced, accurate, and reliable
- Can engage in conversation and is attentive to customers
Server positions earn up to $22-30+/hr with our pooled tip system.
Extra perks include accrued sick days, 2 weeks of accrued vacation pay after 3 months of employment, a minimum of two days off each week and end-of year bonuses. We are a family business and close for two weeks each year so everyone can have a break. We also do not work on Christmas day or Thanksgiving in order to give everyone time with friends and family.
We have a busy but low-stress environment for our employees. You must be willing to help where needed (and do side work, for example) multi-tasking is a requirement of these positions!
