With ingredients sourced from our own ranch and great local partners, plus a bar stacked with diverse cocktails, beer, and wine, we’re dedicated to delivering a truly memorable experience for each and every guest. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Front of House Manager to help steer our front-of-house team to new heights.
Job Description: As the Front of House Manager you’ll be an essential part of our management team, ensuring top-notch service and an inviting atmosphere for every guest. Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager to uphold our high standards ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a truly memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in daily front-of-house operations
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain guest satisfaction
Oversee dining room operations, including reservations and seating management
Develop strategies to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience
Manage inventory and budget for front-of-house supplies
Maintain health and safety standards
Handle customer service issues and maintain guest satisfaction
Requirements:
2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale dining
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail programs
Proficiency in restaurant management and reservation software
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
