About Us: Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, Chef Brian Malarkey's newest Bend restaurant, opened in June 2024. Our ranch-to-plate, modern cowboy concept features wood-fired cooking and locally-sourced ingredients, including items from our own ranch.

Job Description: We're seeking a seasoned PM Line Cooks who thrive in high-volume environments and can handle multiple stations with ease. If you're a kitchen pro who can maintain composure during intense dinner rushes and takes pride in consistent, high-quality output, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly transition between stations, lead by example, and contribute to our kitchen's efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute dinner menu items with precision and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during evening service

Assist in prep work and mise en place for dinner service

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility in schedule
