We are the largest restaurant in Bend and we are on a mission to become one of the best steakhouses in Central Oregon. While the restaurant originally opened a few years ago, we are now under new ownership and management!
Blacksteer Steakhouse is looking to build out a new rockstar FOH & BOH team - hiring all positions!
My name is Brandon Duncan and I recently joined the Blacksteer team as the new GM. I have over 20 years of experience creating, opening and successfully managing unique restaurant concepts throughout the US.
I just hired a new head chef that has extensive experience, especially with French & Mediterranean cuisine. We also have a new AGM that is extremely experienced and knowledgeable with all aspects of the front of house operations.
We are creating an entirely new menu, making A LOT of creative and exciting changes to the restaurant, and addressing and solving the challenges we’ve experienced over the years - we are super excited for what's ahead! There will be growth opportunities both within the restaurant and future opportunities to help open new concepts as we grow. We pay a very competitive wage + tips and weekly / monthly bonuses. There are hourly and salary opportunities available.
FOH positions: servers, bartenders, bussers and hosts.
BOH positions: saute & grill cooks, sous chef, pantry and prep cooks
