Portello Wine and Spirits is looking for multiple kitchen positions.
Relaxed environment with a mix of fast paced service as well as prep work. The team is close knit and everyone helps out in every area of the kitchen. The small size of the kitchen requires good communication and an ability to work together, communicate, get along and help each other succeed.
Available Positions: (Both require a level of independence, ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively.)
Bruschetta - This position typically works the closing shift and requires little kitchen experience. Responsibilities include washing dishes, assisting with prep, and making bruschetta during service.
Line Cook - This position requires kitchen experience with opening and closing shifts available. Responsibilities include maintaining reasonable ticket times, prep work, communication with the front of house and kitchen staff.
