Responsibilities include:
Ordering
Budgeting
Quality Assurance
Line Cooking
Training/Teaching
BOH Scheduling
Ensuring Stores Meet Cleanliness Standards
Observing/Enforcing Health Codes/Regulations
We are looking for someone with 2 + years of experience in managing kitchens and can offer salary or hourly compensation to the right candidate.
