Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is now hiring full-time or part-time Line Cooks. We're looking for reliable people with great attitudes to add to our awesome crew. If you have sauté experience, you can start training the sauté side of the line, earning $20/hour + tips and expect regular raises. If you don't have experience but have a good attitude and willingness to learn, you can start on the Salad/Sandwich side of the line, starting at $18/hour + tips and then earn $20/hour + tips once you learn the sauté side of the line, and expect regular raises going forward.
Located in the remodeled, 113-year-old iconic Hotel Sisters, Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is a must-see destination for the thousands of tourists that visit Sisters each year.
We serve fresh American food including quality steaks, all-natural burgers made from locally raised steers, locally sourced produce as well as vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. We pride ourselves on making our dishes from scratch with fresh ingredients.
We have an organized Plating Guide with photos and instructions for plating every dish on our menu.
Responsibilities:
-Work with a great team to ensure excellent food is served to our guests.
-Cook and plate dishes with care, consistent with our plating guide.
-Restock the line and prep during slow times.
-Complete and initial daily opening/closing checklists.
-Keep work areas organized and clean.

Starting wage: $20/hr + Tips, which are an additional $4-$5/hr. Raises are given regularly throughout employment.
