Job Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook or Brunch Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Food Preparation: Executing the preparation of menu items according to the recipes and standards set by our Executive Chef.

2. Cooking and Assembly: Cooking and assembling dishes with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality presentation.

3. Station Management: Managing your assigned station during service, ensuring efficient workflow, and coordinating with the kitchen team to meet customer orders.

4. Adherence to Standards: Following all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

5. Collaboration: Working closely with the culinary team to support menu development, contribute creative ideas, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications:

To succeed in these roles, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Culinary Skills: Previous experience working as a Line Cook or Brunch Cook, with a solid foundation in culinary techniques and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.

2. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in food preparation, cooking times, and plating.

3. Organization and Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.

4. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and collaborating with fellow cooks and kitchen staff.

5. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support our busy service periods.

$20+/hr depending on experience plus 2% of total sales tipped out nightly
