National Mobile Caterer looking for KITCHEN CREW for this upcoming fire season. We are in need of cooks and prep cooks who are looking to do something different this summer.
Our cooks prepare meals at the fire camp for anywhere from 200 - 2000 Firefighters daily while we are on a fire. We provide the firefighters with hot meals for breakfast and dinner and a sack lunch daily. It takes a lot of people to make this happen, not just the kitchen crew. You will also be asked to help with set-up and break down of camp as well as potentially helping us get to and from fires.

We are a federally contracted kitchen that primarily provides meals to wildland firefighters throughout the western states during the summer months. Our contract runs from the middle of June through the end of September.
These are on-call positions that require the ability to leave within a few hours notice from the Bend, OR area for an unknown duration of time. If you live outside the area and are still interested, please still give mea call. We have employees come work with us from all over the country.
Also required, is the ability to work long hours, day in and day out, in adverse conditions for as long as necessary to complete the assignment.
