MULTIPLE Positions - Hospitality/Event Staff, Front & Back of House
We are seeking dynamic and engaging employees to join our team! We have regular staff and lead positions available. We are looking for folks who show excitement and kindness and enjoy providing great customer service. You may be doing a range of tasks such as cooking, cashiering, operating machines or keeping events running smoothly. Duties:
-Engage guests (kids and families) through interactive games and other entertainment activities.
-Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute events and special activities.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their entertainment needs are met.
-Manage cash handling for ticket sales or merchandise as needed during events.
-Utilize conflict management skills to handle any guest concerns or issues that may arise during performances or activities.
-Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
-Must be able to work weekends!
Qualifications
-Background in food service or hospitality
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
-Cash handling experience is an asset for managing ticket sales or merchandise transactions.
-Conflict management skills are essential for resolving any guest-related issues professionally.
-Must have/be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card and OLCC before starting.
-Must be coachable, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
-This job opportunity is great for summer work we have openings for lead candidates as well as first job applicants!
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
