The Alexander is now accepting applications from experienced food service workers excited to join our growing team of passionate people. Our dining services leaders are here to encourage vibrant interactions across a broad spectrum of people in a supportive, collaborative environment. Fostering relationships with our residents and amongst the team is our highest priority. We are determined to focus on fresh ingredients, changing menus with the seasons, providing tasty and flavorful options throughout the day in three distinct eateries.
Our Bistro will provide counter service coffee and espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, parfaits, wraps, salads and panini sandwiches from early morning through lunch.
The Wally Bar lounge, while serving the best local beer and cider, a comprehensive wine list, and select cocktails, will serve lunch and dinner, with happy hour and an after dinner menu.
Our jewel of a dining room, the ALX, with exposed kitchen, beautiful appointments, and striking views, will feature the best that Central Oregon has to offer in produce and meats from farmers, ranchers, bakers, cheesemakers and artisans throughout the region.
If you pride yourself on exceptional customer service in a dining room, if you are an experienced mixologist, if you have an easygoing, affable demeanor and can strike up conversations with peers and our residents, if you have skills in the kitchen preparing delicious food, if you are proud of supporting and contributing to the entire team from the dish room, we are looking for you and are really excited to meet you.
