Bos is looking for an aspiring Prep/Line Cook, who is eager to grow their talents and join our team. The ideal candidate has a commitment to food excellence and a desire to learn from a team of chefs with experience at multiple Michelin Starred locations.
Job Specifications: $19/hr - $23/hr base hourly wage, depending on experience. $24 - $28/hr after tips.
-Work and design recipes using the latest modern techniques as well as classic French techniques
-Create and prepare dishes using fine dining utensils with specific attention to detail
-Set up stations according to fine dining restaurant and professional guidelines. Mise en place
-Work with fun and exciting, intricate and seasonal ingredients
-Learn and develop new ways to cook, break down, butcher, prepare, and present ingredients and recipes
-Develop and hone knife and kitchen utensil skills
-Work with other professionals who are serious about their craft and are on your team
Preferred Qualifications:
-Kitchen experience
