Thank you for your interest in career opportunities here at Pronghorn Resort! We are currently seeking to fill our Recruiter position. This full-time benefited position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment efforts for the resort property, as well as coordinating the sourcing of high quality talent for current and future job opportunities. This position also includes community outreach, and using our ATS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the company recruiting efforts including job postings, job fairs, radio/TV ads, and additional recruitment networking, working with the management group and social media coordinator.
- Review candidate resumes, conduct first interviews and monitor the second interview process.
- Plan, direct, and deliver, and attend job fairs.
- Coordinate and monitor the J-1 program and the Employee Housing program.
- Conduct community outreach as it relates to recruiting efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with expert spreadsheet capabilities.
- Must be a dynamic, social person who is comfortable meeting and interacting with others.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Preference given to candidates with resort hospitality recruitment experience
- Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.
