Must be people friendly as this is for a cluster of food trucks.
We are a 3 food truck establishment with a pizza brick and mortar on the way. We are developing a team to work a chicken and burger truck, Tex-Mex truck and Detroit style pizzas. We are also developing a catering system for various styles of bbq and private events. We will do specials and menu ideas that fit our menus and ideology of foods.
Experience is a plus, but nowhere near a requirement. All cooks and chefs start somewhere. This is a position with room to develop and grow. As the brigade develops so will your job duties and compensations as well. Heres What we need from you:
