Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Server/Utility team members to join our front-of-house team for the summer season, hiring multiple candidates! This role is essential in ensuring smooth service, supporting the restaurant’s overall operations, and providing a welcoming environment for guests. You will assist in serving, bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist in providing an exceptional dining experience
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service
Keep service stations stocked and organized
Assist with basic cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Work as part of a team to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements: Oregon Food Handlers Card/ OLCC Card
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
