Seeking an experienced AFH Caregiver to work Weekends, Saturday and Sunday sleeping onsite. The Home is licensed and currently occupies 5 beds. This is a NO heavy lifting, NO transfers or bathing. We are NOT a senior living home. We work with residents teaching independent skills to someday move back into the community.
The Caregivers primary purpose is to coordinate care and act as a point of contact with residents and families in accordance with current OAR's and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care and quality of life for our residents at all times.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
Schedule: Saturday - Sunday 24hr shifts Paid hourly from 9AM-7PM with a flat rate for Overnights or sleeping hours. Staff ARE NOT expected to be awake, just to be onsite incase of an emergency.
Private Sleeping quarters for Staff.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Caregiver or CNA Qualities and or related experience, however willing to train. This position could turn into a FT or PT position.
Must have a Clean driving record and Pass a Criminal Background Check.

Must be a CURRENT resident of Oregon and preferably living in or around the Bend, Oregon area and or Washington due to new laws in place regarding background checks and finger printing.
Must be able to have a physician sign off stating you are able to work in an adult foster home with NO limitations.
