Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Complete a thorough assessment of the patient’s systemic health, teeth, bone, periodontal tissues and clearly communicate assessment to dentist and the patient.
Document and educate patient on any abnormalities or suspected conditions.
Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including but not limited to, quality x-rays, visual and tactile cancer exam, extra- and intra oral exam, fluoride, sealants, scaling and root planing, dental prophylaxis.
Provide excellent oral hygiene techniques to patients through great communication.
Maintain the highest level of professional excellence.
Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms adhering to OSHA, CDC and infection control guidelines.
Work Schedule:
Work Schedule: Full-Time – 4 days per week. Practice is open Monday to Thursday. 8 weeks of vacation time per year with the office being closed to seeing patients about 12 weeks a year.
