We are Mental Health Provider working in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities to provide support and companionship to those in long-term care. We offer Counseling, therapy, care management and support as well as companionship.
This position entails a caseload of 20-25 residents to whom you will provide support services to on a weekly basis. Services are a wide variety of support activities to assist those in long-term care mange their lives and needs.
Pay starts at $22 per hour. There is driving involved and reliable transportation is required. We serve residents from Madras to Prineville to Bend. Gas allowance and a weekly spending allowance for residents is provided.
