BigTree Behavioral Health Services is a small, owner-operated organization providing outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment services to individuals and couples; and training and technical assistance to other behavioral health organizations.
I am currently providing services as an independent practitioner and am seeking to hire 1-2 full or part-time clinicians to meet the demand for counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. In addition to counseling services, BigTree Behavioral Health Services provides training and technical assistance to other behavioral health organizations. Opportunities to engage in this work will be available periodically for clinicians seeking to engage in periodic, indirect clinical services.
My hope is to collaborate with other mental health professionals who are passionate about continued personal growth and professional development, who inspire and are inspired by our shared work, and who are committed to providing quality, evidence-based services and supports to individuals, couples, families, or groups dealing with various emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.
I encourage applications from LPC-A’s embarking on their career and seeking to gain experience & confidence in their clinical skills, as well as to learn the business aspects of our work (i.e. credentialing, billing, networking). Clinical supervision will be provided.
I am open to direct employment, independent contracting, or office/suite share opportunities with experienced counselors and/or medical practitioners who specialize in mental health and/or addiction medicine.
BigTree’s office suite is located in Northwest Crossing and is ADA accessible.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefit package not currently available, but will be considered.
