What is Perfect Match?
In this special program, you (the caregiver applicant) must bring a DHS/Medicaid-eligible adult with you — someone you already know and care about — to be your “Perfect Match.” Since our agency does not have a pool of clients, it’s essential that you come with the individual you intend to support. Together, you will work through our local agency to provide care. It’s a meaningful way to continue supporting someone important to you — while getting paid for your time and dedication!
We are currently accepting caregiver applications from across Central Oregon, including:
Bend, Madras, Christmas Valley, Burns, Lakeview, Prineville, Sunriver, La Pine, Crescent, Klamath Falls, Powell Butte, and everywhere in between!

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
The DHS/Medicaid person you refer MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Must be able to pass a background check
Must complete a one-time, 8-hour new hire orientation in Bend (held on Tuesdays — you choose the date!)
