Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time
frames.
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals.
Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately
evaluate the patient.
Work well independently and with a team to ensure well-rounded patient care.

Our caring and friendly outpatient clinic, located in Klamath Falls, Oregon is ready to welcome you to our team! Integrated Physical Therapy is a privately-owned, 3,000 square foot outpatient clinic,
with individual treatment rooms and a small gym. Our owner has 42 years of PT experience and has owned this clinic for 25 years. We treat a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses from the patient’s head to toes, lymphedema treatment, and women’s health treatments. The clinic is well known for our manual therapy treatments using myofascial release, strain, counter strain, and joint adjustment.
