Simpson Construction & Excavation is a locally owned and operated general contracting company serving Central Oregon. We specialize in excavation, site work, new construction, and custom builds. We’re currently looking to hire a reliable and hard-working Construction Laborer to join our growing team.
Pay: $18 – $23 per hour
Location: Central Oregon
Job Duties Include:
- Site preparation and cleanup
- Assisting with excavation, foundation, framing, and general carpentry
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading materials
- Supporting skilled tradesmen as needed
- Following safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently when needed
