We’re a growing design-build construction company specializing in custom homes, remodels, and decks across Central Oregon. We’re looking for a dependable Laborer to join our crew.
What You’ll Do:
Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Load/unload materials and assist carpenters and site leads
Operate hand tools and basic equipment
Be willing to learn and grow with the team
What We’re Looking For:
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Positive attitude, on time, no drama
-Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
-Basic construction or framing experience a plus (not required)
Pay: $22–$28/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Bend / Redmond / Sisters area
